Quite frankly this item is a "loss leader" to get your attention. We will conduct two consulting sessions on your site. Here is what we will do:
Step 1. Initial Presentation
Session 1. ( 2 Hours)
We will conduct a two hour session on your premises with your Key people. We will introduce you to the Internet and how it is being used in Business.
We will find out about your business and what your goals are. At the end of this session you will have a good overview of how the Internet works and how it can be used. We will have a good introduction to your business and your goals.
Between Sessions. (Minimum 5 working days)
Using what we have learned about your business during session 1 and armed with every brochure and piece of printed material we could collect from you, we will conduct a competitive marketing analysis of your type of business on the Internet.
- What are your competitors doing on the Internet?
- What can we learn from them?
- What are people in allied fields doing?
We will prepare a comprehensive written comparative analysis of the Internet as it applies to your business
What you will do between sessions
You and your staff will prepare individual "wish lists" of what goals you would like to accomplish through a presence on the Internet. We are more interested in content rather than form, write them on the back of a napkin if that's what's available to you when you have an idea. . We suggest that "wishes" even be anonymous so that people can give free rein to their imaginations. Do not be concerned with whether a "wish" is achievable or practical -- that's our job!
Session 2 (2 hours)
We will collect your wishes and discuss them.
We will then present and discuss our marketing analysis.
At the end of Session 2 you and we should have a pretty good consensus on how, when and if the Internet should fit into your company's future plans. If it looks as if we have a "fit" we will prepare a written proposal that will outline your next steps on the "Information Super Highway" and a general "ballpark" figure of what it is going to cost to get you there.
Step 2. Internet Marketing Consultancy
Identify your Goals and the method of achieving them.
We will schedule and plan a several interviews with you and your people so that we can develop in more detail your Internet Marketing Plan and help you refine your goals - short term, mid term and long term. Once having accomplished this we will prepare a more detailed project plan and an estimate of what your site should look like - How many pages? How many "Mailbots"? What kind of graphics etc. This will give you a more detailed estimate of what it will cost to put your site up and to maintain it.
Step 3. Initial Training
We will train one or more of your people and get them started on the net. This is not just "surfing" we will teach you how to search and locate your customers, potential customers and competitors on the net.
Step 4.
We will begin building your site in close consultation with you.
We will supply you with Laser Printed copies of all of your Internet Materials for your approval.
Before we go "Live" we will show you your Internet Presence "Live and in Color" on our prototype site.
