BeOnTheNet would love to have your business. But only if it makes sense for you. We know that the Internet is a cost effective business solution for many companies. But the questions you may be asking yourself these days are "Is the Internet for me?" "Should my business be on the World Wide Web?"
That's why we developed this questionnaire. Many of you have seen our ads on TV and we have spoken to many of you who have used our Free Consultation service. Most of the people we have spoken too have a real desire to find out whether the Internet and the World Wide Web can benefit their businesses. By filling out this self scoring questionnaire you should be able to determine if this is the time to develop a website for your business.
These questions form a basic guideline which should be appropriate for most businesses.
HOW THIS TEST WORKS |
BeOnTheNet's Internet Questionnaire gives different values to various questions. Some answers even have a negative value. For instance, companies that can or do operate nationally or internationally can benefit greatly from the Internet. Conversely, companies who can only do business in a small geographic area would find far fewer benefits.
Many people think of the Internet as a new medium for advertising or a place to sell things online - it certainly can be that. But many of the companies who are already on the Web and are most satisfied with their Internet experience are not trying to advertise or sell anything! They are using the Internet to increase levels of service to their customers and reduce costs. Perhaps your company falls into this category.
